A free, no obligation, evaluation of your business is provided by Brokerage-Plus. This evaluation includes a professional analysis of financial records to help identify the benefits of ownership that may be available to a prospective buyer. This service is useful even if an owner might be months or years away from selling their business. Brokerage-Plus can offer recommendations to an owner, which may help “stage” the business for future sale. Sellers occasionally ask that we approach a specific buyer in an effort to maintain their confidentiality. All potential buyers are required to deal personally with Brokerage-Plus, as well as sign our strict confidentiality agreement. Only then will a potential buyer become privy to the company name and financial information.
